We had the experience of buying then selling our house within a very short period and we were so glad we went with Sam. For 8 months before we found a house to buy Sam was available for any questions about the market or advice about buying a house or what to look for in building and pest inspections. And this was before we even agreed to sell with him! We couldn't have asked for a nicer and more pleasant person to deal with.
